20 40 60 HIIT
This 45-minute pool workout features a simple approach to building muscular and cardio endurance with a HIIT format that includes segments of four exercises; each exercise performed first for 20 seconds, then 40 and then 60. The segments target cardio and core, as well as strength training with foam dumbbells. This easy-to-follow water workout can be performed in both deep and shallow water.
