Join Katy for a 45-minute shallow water strength format that can be performed with or without drag equipment. Each working block includes three strength moves performed with three descending timing ratios. The three exercises target upper body, lower body and core. Several 60-second high intensity cardio bursts are included to keep the class moving at a vigorous pace.
