Cardio, core & more, join Sharlie for an aqua fitness format that targets cardio and core with the pool wall and a building block method. The template starts with one high intensity wall exercise performed for 60 seconds. After a brief rest, another wall exercise is performed and added on to the previous exercise. The stacking of 8 wall exercises translates into an easy-to-teach 45-minute class.
Premium Subscribers can download the THREE most recent Audio Workouts for free. All other audio workouts are $7.50 each. The only real value the audio workout has for an instructor is the ability to get in the pool and listen & exercise with the workout themselves. Audio workouts can be purchased without a subscription for $15.00 each.
