This 54-minute dynamic stretching routine expands upon Eliza’s first video by going further into the stretches to promote functional fitness and improve joint range of motion (ROM). Dynamic stretches performed with repetition and paired with deep breathing will release tension and put more ease and fluidity into your daily movement. Divided into 3 segments, Upper Body, Lower Body, Balance & Small Joints, you can consider doing just ONE segment on days when certain body parts need extra stretching.
