The video, Fitness Friends: Aqua Favorites, recently posted.  In the this video, 8 fitness leaders and Fitmotivation subscribers shared a video of one of their favorite things to do in an aquatic fitness class.  Naturally, I couldn't stay out of the video.  I shared one of my new favorite things - grounded arm drills.

These grounded arm drills eliminate lower body movement and force more from the core.  Hang on to these drills for 60 seconds and you will hear loud moans & groans coming from your students.  Sweet!
