The two segments are 9 minutes each. Either would make an ideal way to end a deep water cardio class. Using both would unleash shock & awe with a spectacular core meltdown. I wanted to remind instructors that it is okay…and actually recommended to cherry pick Fitmotivation videos for class ideas. The site was intended as a resource for new ideas, exercise variations and class templates to help instructors build their own routines. It was never designed to provide “memorize & regurgitate” routines. Instructors are at their best when they teach material that they put together, routines that are comfortable for them to teach and meet their participants’ needs. Fitmotivation is simply a resource to help instructors build their skills and teach their very best classes.
