For the past 30 years, she has inspired countless aquatic fitness professionals, including myself.    Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA) Education Director, Julie See, recently sat for an interview and we focused on one important subject – arthritis.

AEA recently assumed control of the Arthritis Foundation’s Exercise and Aquatic Programming, which means Julie and the AEA team have been consumed the past 18 months with the rebranding, repackaging and re-launching of programming, products and learning resources.

Whether you are interested in leading AEA Arthritis Foundation (AF) classes or simply want to add more joint mobility into your classes, Julie shares some valuable information and resources in the interview.  These resources, such as the program leader training course, the AF manual, the AF Movement Library DVDs and more can also be accessed in a separate AEA Arthritis Resource Blog.  And be sure to also check out the featured blog and preview clips for the Fitmotivation video, Arthritis Aquatic Essentials.
