Looking very forward to returning to Rochester for a second year in a row.  This time the action moves to the Northwest YMCA and back to my old stomping grounds in the suburb of Greece, where I started my fitness career 23 years ago.  Whether you are looking to begin your aquatic fitness teaching career or simply continuing your education, this all-new line-up of 2018 programming will ignite your passion for water.
