Aqua Alphabet
Join Mark Grevelding for a neurobics aquatic fitness challenge. Select 26 aquatic exercises, each corresponding with a letter of the alphabet. Teach all 26 exercises in blocks with add-on to create memory retention. Then it is Game On! Create mixer rounds of alphabet fun.

Stacked Intervals
Get fierce with Jackie Lebeau and this boxing inspired class format. Every interval consists of four 30-second exercises stacked back-to-back for 2-minutes. Each interval mixes up cardio and stretch exercises.
