The above video is the FULL 16 minute video for Why Water - 10 Reasons To Exercise In The Water

Greetings Aqua Nation!  In December 2015 I posted the video presentation, “Why Water? 10 Reasons To Exercise In The Water.”    This video has been exclusively streaming on the Fitmotivation website along with over 50 full-length aquatic fitness videos.  

WECOACH founder, Laurie Denomme, recently asked me to write a guest blog for her website and as I was blogging about my own preference for working out in the water due to the reduced impact, it occurred to me that much of what I was referring to was referred to in the Why Water? video.  It occurred to me that it was a shame to limit the audience for this important video.

Therefore, I have decided to make the full video public via the WECOACH and Fitmotivation blogs.  Please feel to share this video to someone who is in need of a gentle nudge towards the pool.   Or please share with a skeptic who doesn’t think you can get a good workout in the water.
