DEEP & SHALLOW KICKBOARD & WALL EXERCISE STATIONS. Join Jackie and challenge your class members to a fun bootcamp class that uses two stations, one with a kickboard and one using the pool wall. There are lots of options for this 50-minute aquatic fitness class format, including doing it all deep, all shallow or half and half. You can also change up the stations with different equipment.
