FITMOTIVATION MARKETPLACE
Just launched! The Marketplace has now replaced the Store. In the past, the only things sold in the store were audio downloads and Fitmotivation shirts. Those items can now be found in the new Marketplace along with LOTS of other products of interest for both fitness professionals and consumers. The goal is to have a marketplace of products recommended by instructors for instructors. Currently the marketplace includes some of my favorite equipment and gear, but we would like to start hearing from instructors on some of their favorite things. Aside from the audio downloads and Fitmotivation shirts, all other products are sold by third party affiliates, most notably Amazon. When possible, we do try to link to products that include Amazon Prime so that Prime members can get free shipping and 2-day delivery.
CUSTOMIZABLE NOTES
All 175+ sets of notes can now be edited. What does that mean? Video notes can now be opened in an editor and customized to individually suit your needs. Interested in adding your own notes or copying and pasting from a different routine? You can now! Looking to increase the font size for optimal deck instruction. You can now! Want to add color to the font to differentiate circuits or directives. You can now! This new feature is quickly becoming a subscriber favorite.
MEDIA-RICH BLOGS
Fitmotivation.com is intended as an educational resource for instructors. Over the years the site began attracting fitness consumers interested in the water exercise videos. Providing content for both consumers and professionals on one site proved challenging and unwise. PoolFit was launched in February as an alternative site designated for fitness consumers. Keeping the two audiences separate allows us to dig deeper into instructor education on Fitmotivation.com. The media-rich blogs with additional video embeds has added an extra layer of education to the site.
AEA Online Education
Fitmotivation now has 16 online video education courses - each worth 2.0 AEA CECs. How do these online quizzes work? It’s super easy. Click on the Online Ed tab in the navigation bar. Select the video & quiz that interests you. Click TAKE QUIZ. Purchase the quiz. The cost for Premium subscribers is $10.00 per quiz and the cost for Basic subscribers is $20.00 per quiz. There is no commitment for a subscription beyond one month. Subscribers can cancel anytime via their account settings. Obtaining AEA CECs has never been more affordable or convenient.
