Rolling Pyramids

This 50-minute high intensity pool workout can be done in either deep or shallow water and requires no equipment beyond the water’s natural resistance.  The exercises are timed in ladder-style, ascending from 00:15, 00:30 and 00:45, and then descending 00:30 and 00:15.  Each pyramid is then added to the following pyramid, increasing endurance and intensity as the workout progresses.
