S'WET Boot Camp
This video features an intense aqua boot camp experience intended for more advanced fitness levels. However, many of the moves can be modified to accommodate less fit participants. This workout is segmented into three parts: athletic drills using the wall, followed by agility skills using the line on the pool floor, and then finished with a segment using foam dumbbells.
