Got a chair, a mat and a rubberized loop?  Join Chris for a 60-minutes of land fitness training that includes muscle conditioning, core work and flexibility training.

Whether you teach land fitness classes, need a substitute workout for a canceled water class or want to enjoy in-home workouts for yourself, Fitmotivation is committed to expanding its land fitness video category.  Given that most subscribers lead low-impact water exercise classes, we strive to only post low or non-impact land fitness training. 

Non-Impact Total Body Conditioning with Chris is designed to help you keep your class members’ muscles and joints working with simple exercises that are performed on a mat or standing with a chair nearby for balance.  The only equipment needed is a rubberized loop.  If you do not have rubberized loops, consider just going without since only a couple exercises are performed with the loop and they can be modified.  If you would like to purchase loops, consider packets of 5 different resistance levels. Smarter Life Resistance Loop Band Sets include 5 bands of varying resistance and are available on Amazon for under $15.00 for each set of 5.
