Aqua Functional AMRAPs

Take away yet another format for teaching a high intensity class.  This routine is based on the training principle of “as many reps as possible” (AMRAP).    In this workout, each 5-minute AMRAP round features 4 high-intensity exercises taught for 20 reps each – as many rounds as you can do in 5 minutes.
