AquaFit Swim
This workout is a fusion of aquafit and swimming and features swim techniques such as the crawl (back, front & side) and breaststroke performed in 3 positions – horizontal, seated and vertical - first with legs only and then with arms & leg variations. Buoys, noodles and kickboards are used for creativity and neutral buoyancy.
