This video will help instructors fill a class with essential and effective content.  Starting out with a 50-move library that includes 10 moves from different class components, the video then demonstrates selecting exercises from each component to create a class.  Newer instructors will benefit greatly from the additional Online Ed Program that includes an 8-page handout and a 20-question quiz approved for 2.0 AEA CECs.  Read blog for details.
