ATHLETIC WATER EXERCISE CHALLENGE.  Chris is back with more Xtreme Moves.  This 30-minute water workout showcases an athletic style of water exercise for maximal challenge.  The exercises are divided into three segments for HIIT, Wall Work and Strength. Webbed gloves can be used for extra resistance.
