Partner Interval Choreography

This interval class features segments that include 4-minutes of aerobic work combined with 2-minutes of HIIT drills performed in pairs.  The aerobic work showcases simple 2-move combinations layered 5 times with progressive challenges.  The partner drills are designed to create maximum turbulence to intensify the exercises.
