Stretch Flex ROM
Take away a full-length dynamic stretching routine that includes 20 minutes of upper body, 20 minutes of lower body and 10 minutes of balance training and smaller joint. Use the entire routine for older adult/arthritis classes or portions as extended stretching at the end of your classes.
