The Water Exercise Circuit series is now complete with the Total Body Circuit. Combining some of the Upper & Lower Body Circuits, we also included a core circuit so that instructors can offer total body training in ONE workout. Consider doing Upper Body Day 1, Lower Body Day 2 and Total Body Day 3 for a complete water fitness training system. Read the blog for more info on Split Training.
