TOTAL BODY SHALLOW WATER WORKOUT. Take away a simple class design by dividing fitness components into 10-minute segments. This class format includes 10 minutes of cardio with no equipment, 10 minutes of upper body strength with Aqualogix belles and 10 minutes of core training with a noodle.
