CIRCUIT TRAINING FOR CARDIO & CORE. This 45-minute pool workout rotates between blocks of cardio movements and core exercises. A noodle is required for performing the core segments in shallow water. A flotation belt is sufficient in deep water; however, a noodle is helpful for the planking exercises. Read more in the featured blog.
