This video and audio workout features a full deep-water Tabata workout complete with 8 rounds, a warm-up and a stretch. This workout was designed to follow a pre-formatted Tabata Music CD, such as [Tabata Gold 1](http://store.fitmotivation.com/products/tabata-gold-1) from Yes!
