Circuit Wave Deep
DEEP WATER CIRCUIT CLASS. Targeting components of fitness, including strength, cardio and core, this circuit class includes six “waves” of exercise. Each Wave consists of 1:00 minute of upper body strength, 2:00 minutes of cardio, :30 seconds of high intensity and 1:30 minutes of core training.
