Leg Day
DEEP OR SHALLOW LEG EXERCISES WITH NOODLE. In the first half of this 20-minute express video, one or both feet are placed on the noodle for a series of leg exercises using buoyant resistance. In the second half, the noodle is placed behind the upper back to target the legs from reclined, inclined, seated and vertical positions. Three super sets are performed to finish the leg muscles out. This workout is best for more advanced participants and less crowded classes because placing the noodle under both feet poses challenges.
