SHALLOW WATER CLASS FOR HEALTHY JOINTS. This aquatic fitness routine expands upon Eliza’s two StretchFlex videos with functional exercise that promotes joint range of motion (ROM). Dynamic movement is performed with repetition and paired with deep breathing with the goal of helping your class members release tension and improve their ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) more efficiently. All the major joints of the body, from the neck, down to the feet are targeted. Adding joint and muscular flexibility to your class routines can help your participants maintain healthy joints.
