This 50-minute workout takes a more purist approach to aqua combat thanks to Stephanie’s experience in martial art instruction.  Take away 5 pyramid blocks of punches and kicks that progress as each block is added on; culminating in a heart-pounding final block that features 11 minutes of combat action.
