The hand buoy exercises are creative and effective and the non-equipment segments can be done at the pool wall or in the center of the pool with an imaginary pool wall.  Consider combining these buoy segments with Chris’s buoy segments from Drag & Buoy for a full-length class with foam dumbbells.
