LAND FITNESS WORKOUT.  Even if you are not a land fitness instructor, sometimes you can’t get in the pool and you need a substitute class.  This 50-minute land-based class contains movements in and around a chair, including seated joint mobility and standing cardio intervals. This workout also includes seated and standing exercises using a small ball in order to train strength, balance, coordination and more.
