DUAL DEPTH ENDURANCE TRAINING CLASS. Take away a simple approach to helping your class members improve muscular and cardio endurance with a HIIT template that includes sets of four exercises. The sets target cardio and core and include a strength training segment with hand buoys. The exercises in each set are performed first for 20, 40 and 60 seconds and can be performed in both deep and shallow water.
