Cardio Sculpt
SHALLOW WATER CARDIO/HIIT & SCULPT CIRCUIT. This aquatic fitness class format features circuit training that includes three 10-minute cardio/HIIT segments, alternated with two muscle conditioning segments, one for upper body and one for lower body. The upper body exercises are performed with the Aqualogix drag bells and the lower body exercises utilize a pool noodle. Feel free to substitute webbed gloves for the bells, or just skip the drag equipment and use the water’s resistance.
