SHALLOW WATER CARDIO AND MIND & BODY INTERVALS.  Mild to Wild is a 50-minute water fitness class that consists of intervals of higher intensity exercise paired with intervals of mind & body exercise, such as Ai Chi, yoga, Pilates and more. The contrast of intensity levels is what makes interval training an effective aquatic fitness class format.
