Deep Core AMRAP

DEEP WATER SEGMENT FOR CORE CHALLENGE. Launch the New Year with a rep challenge. Join Jenni Lynn and Chris for a 15-minute-deep water core segment that is taught AMRAP style, “as many reps as possible.” Five exercises are performed for 60 seconds each, followed by 30 seconds of rest. Then the same five exercises are repeated with intensity variations. Challenge your class members to see how many reps they can get.
