15-MINUTE CORE TRAINING CHALLENGE.  Join Jenni Lynn and Chris for a 15-minute core challenge that you can introduce in your classes. Five of their favorite S’WET core exercises are taught for 1 minute each, followed by 30 seconds of rest. A second round is then taught and each of the moves gets an intensity progression.
