Best of AMRAP S'WET

15-MINUTE AMRAP CHALLENGE.  Join Jenni Lynn and Chris for an action-packed 15-minute class challenge that features five of their favorite S’WET moves taught AMRAP style. Each of the five moves is performed for “as many reps as possible” for 60 seconds followed by 30 seconds of rest. The five moves are then repeated a second time so that your class members can challenge themselves to beat their first-round scores.
