Buoy Blast

15-MINUTE SINGLE BUOY AMRAP CHALLENGE. Join Jenni Lynn and Chris in the pool for another round of friendly rep competition. Taught AMRAP style, five unilateral buoy exercises are performed with “as many reps as possible” for 1 minute per exercise, followed by 30 seconds of rest. The five exercises are then repeated on the other side. Unilateral training is excellent for correcting muscle imbalances and improving core strength.
