Healthy Joints and Water Exercise
SHALLOW WATER FITNESS - HEALTHY JOINT EMPHASIS. This is a regular 50-minute aquatic fitness format that includes cardio, HIIT, muscle endurance, pool noodle barre exercises, and core training. The twist is that this entire aqua class is stocked with arm and leg movements from the Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program (AFAP).
