Mat Strength and Stretch
LAND FITNESS MAT WORKOUT. This is the last land fitness video of the year. We typically strive to post at least 3 each winter season so that our land fitness library continues to grow. Why? Because some instructors teach both land and water, and for aqua instructors, sometimes you can’t get in the pool, and you need a substitute land fitness routine. This exercise video includes 20-minutes of floor work that includes light muscle conditioning, leg work and stretching.
