LAND FITNESS.  Join Jenni Lynn for a 50-minute land-based class routine that targets core strength, muscular endurance and joint mobility with chair fitness. This workout includes the use of small hand weights and a rubberized resistance band.  However, the equipment is optional.  The movements can be modified to suit your class members’ needs.
