SHALLOW WATER LOWER BODY EXERCISES. The aquatic exercises in this water fitness instructor video target the hip and knees with the 4 S’s – strength, stability, stamina and stretching. Irene is a physical therapist, but this content is not designed for rehab. This is an aquatic fitness format that provides instructors with class ideas for lower body training. The equipment used is the Aqua-Ohm and a pool noodle. However, in lieu of the Aqua-Ohm, you can go without equipment or substitute the HydroRevolution lower body ankle fins.
