DEEP WATER LEG & CORE EXERCISES. This 28-minute aqua fitness routine targets core and lower body muscles and includes the use of a pool noodle and optional Hydrorevolution Lower Body Drag Resistance Fins. The fins just add extra resistance, and you can do the routine without them. This aquatic fitness video was filmed in deep water but can easily be adapted to shallow water. Consider combining Lower FIIT with Katy’s Upper FIIT for a 55-minute total body water workout.
