This style of workout features longer periods of lower intensity recovery (3 minutes) paired with short bursts of max effort (30 seconds), typically in the form of sprints. Research has shown that a 10-minute REHIIT workout delivers results similar to longer HIIT and steady-state workouts, but without the fatigue.
