DUAL DEPTH EXPRESS CARDIO BLAST. Get ready for a fast & furious 25-minute total body cardio challenge. Based on the 100 Water Exercises video, the exercise library is remixed into five fitness components, including cardio, agility, lower body, upper body and core.  In addition to the remix, the 100 exercises are performed for just 15 seconds or 32-counts each, making this a fun cardio & coordination challenge for your students. Equipment is not required, but a flotation belt is required in deep water. NOTE: Because the 100 exercises are performed quickly in this video, it is recommended that you do the 55-minute 100 Water Exercises video first with your classes, to get them familiarized with the exercises.
