DUAL DEPTH HIGH INTENSITY CARDIO CLASS. This 50-minute water fitness class format includes six waves of high intensity cardio that is taught with ladder timing. Each wave is 6 minutes long with the following timing - :10 :20 :30 :40 :50 :60 :50 :40 :30 :20 :10. Like a Tsunami wave, the timing of the exercises builds to a peak and then recedes. You can skip the equipment. The water’s resistance is plenty.
