SHALLOW WATER UPPER BODY CLASS IDEAS. Upper FIIT is a 25-minute aquatic fitness video designed to provide you with class ideas for targeting muscles from the hips and above. The action in this water fitness video can be used on its own or partnered with Lower FIIT, another 25-minute video that is posting in February 2024. The two videos can create a 50-minute total body conditioning workout. Aqualogix drag-resistance bells and pool noodles are used in this video, however instructors can modify if they do not have drag-resistance equipment.
