Aqua Zumba® Explore

AQUA ZUMBA® DEMO. This is video #1 of 2 in a special collaboration between Fitmotivation and Zumba®.  This first 30-minute video is an opportunity for aquatic fitness instructors to explore the international dance moves & rhythms of Aqua Zumba®, along with pure patterned choreography, which is movement patterned to the music structure. Instructors will take away the key concept of repetition for movement mastery.
