Spiked Cardio Dance
SHALLOW WATER AEROBIC DANCE. This aquatic fitness class format features six blocks of cardio dance spiked with a 60-second intensity drill at the end. Each cardio dance block is broken down before the final pattern is taught and repeated several times. Instructors are encouraged to increase the spent breaking down and repeating based on the skill level of their classes. Whether you teach the routine with dance flair or athletically, the cardio dance patterns are fun to teach and even more fun to follow along with. Read the video blog for extra details on this video.
