This aquatic fitness instructor video can be taught in deep or shallow water and includes cardio and muscular endurance exercises for the trifecta of upper body, core and lower body. The can be modified to be instructed without equipment, however, drag resistance is used in the video for the upper body exercises, and foam dumbbells are used in the core segment to provide neutral buoyancy for shallow water participants.
